How to Use
Adult intake. Take 30 minutes before a meal with 250ml water. Begin by taking one capsule daily and increase each week with one capsule until 2-3 capsules are being taken daily. Build up to 6 a day if required or as professionally directed. For ongoing maintenance 2-3 capsules daily is suitable. Caution: Do not take capsules with hot beverages. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating mothers.
